You can use the effects with software that supports multi-layer editing and allows you to edit using the blend mode on each video layer.

This editing is available in most video editing programs.

The most popular programs with the above editing capabilities are DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and many others.

No installation is required. You import the files just like your other footage. You simply drag the effects onto a layer on top of your original footage and change the blend mode on that layer.

You can use the effects with their presets in some photo editing programs (such as Adobe Photoshop). This also allows you to edit in the photo area. However, we cannot guarantee this. Please check with your supplier.
